Kotenol® Pre-Painted Metal

American Nickeloid provides an efficient alternative to post-painting. Special capabilities and high quality standards make Kotenol® suitable for a variety of customers including those in the appliance, and office furniture industries. Kotenol® is available in a wide range of colors. Utilizing automated coil coating lines, we are able to produce premium quality coated coils with a very high level of consistency. Quality and repeatability are essential to providing customers with the products that streamline their manufacturing operations and eliminate costly post-paint processes.

Material testing, including adhesion and corrosion resistance, are performed according to ASTM standards as well as additional customer requirements.

Kotenol® can be applied to coils between 0.008" to 0.097" thick with widths ranging from 12" to 60". Pre-painted coils can be slit or cut to specific lengths to meet customer requirements. Blanket order releases, kanbans, and JIT shipping schedules can be used to accommodate a range of production volume and lead time requirements.
