Laminol® - Film To Metal Laminates
As a leading provider of laminated coils, at American Nickeloid, we offer Laminol® in a variety of patterns and finishes. Laminol® is a film based laminate bonded to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum substrates. Laminol® is versatile and is available in solid colors, wood grains, and numerous decorative textures. Laminol® is formable as well as chemical and abrasion resistant, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
Material testing, including adhesion and corrosion resistance, are performed according to ASTM standards as well as additional customer requirements.
Laminol® can be applied to coils between 0.008" to 0.097" thick with widths ranging from 12" to 60". Laminated coils can be slit or cut to specific lengths to meet customer requirements. Blanket order releases, kanbans, and JIT shipping schedules can be used to accommodate a range of production volume and lead time requirements.
